Leon Johnson

Leon Johnson has been investing in Real Estate since 1975. Through the years, Leon has owned several small businesses including independent insurance agencies and H&R Block franchises, but his passion has always been Real Estate Investing, especially single-family houses. He has spent numerous hours in self-study, as well as, attending many seminars across the country. He loves problem solving utilizing creative real estate techniques leaving both he and the owner in a better situation.

As a Creative Real Estate Investor, Leon has owned, bought, and sold mobile homes, mobile home parks, storage buildings, and subdivided land for resale using owner financing. He has wholesaled, fixed and flipped, built houses and commercial buildings as new construction. He prefers buying and holding single family houses utilizing owner financing. He has had a high success rate of getting a “second bite out of the apple” on properties purchased through owner financing.

His wife, Anna, and he have two boys, Christopher and Adam, both of whom are actively involved in Real Estate Investing. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing for trout and ties his own flies.
