PRIVATE LENDING
- Orlando, FL |
- January 8, 9 & 10, 2025
The only conference where both, borrowers and lenders can dive deep into the world of private lending (no matter their experience level) in order to supercharge their business.
The gravy train of the last few years is long gone and this new market has revealed the investors with true staying power.
And those same investors know they need education in private lending!
Who is this
event for?
This event is for any serious real estate investor.
Notice,…we didn’t say “advanced”. We intentionally said serious because private lending is the most underutilized strategy by real estate investors. And that’s why we created this event!
Who Should Attend?
Borrowers who want to become a complete money magnet.
Rookie Lenders who want to jump into money multiplying
Advanced Investors who want high-level strategies and to geek out on paperwork.
A deep understanding of private lending is the exact tool you need to pour gasoline on top of your real estate investing business.
You'll be learning from:
Jim Ingersoll
Jim is your host and founder of Deal Maker. He’s passionate about community and building people up. His education at this event comes from that angle. He will help you tackle self-limiting beliefs, overcome fear and figure out where to start. His big thing is something he calls “relational capital” where he’ll show you how to get the most out of the people in your sphere. He’ll also teach you how to be a better borrower.
Jeff Watson
Jeff is the guy who will show you how to arm yourself to the teeth with protections and paperwork mastery. As an attorney and real estate investor of 33 years, he’s teaching high level strategies like how to charge points that get the most for your money. And a new secret method to protect lenders that avoids both, foreclosure and the confusion that arises when using the Deed in Lieu process. Specializing in SDIRA’s, he will also share how you properly lend from those accounts.
Chuck Glover
If you’ve been wanting to get into lending but you weren’t sure how, Chuck will show you how to do it with as little as $5,000…just like he did! He is one of many Deal Maker success stories, but he is certainly one of the biggest. He overcame poverty and attained financial and time freedom in under five years. Through the guidance of Jim Ingersoll, he has started speaking and coaching in order to make an impact and work on something larger than himself.

What else is in store?
Introduction to Lending
With a focus on the borrower’s side of the transaction, we’ll show you how to make this process less interrogative and more cooperative.
Preliminary Deal Analysis
As long as you have all the information, you can quickly determine if the deal is worth spending time on. We’ll show you exactly how.
Stress-Free Lending
The best time to worry about a deal is before the deal! We will show you how to think of everything you need and provide checklists to guide you through the process in a full-proof way every time.
Charging Points
when to do it. How to do it…and with how many?
Co-Lenders & Seconds
When should take out a second? What are the risks to everyone involved when there’s more than 1 loan on the property? What about more than one lender on a first position loan. Unsecured vs secured loans.
Business Management and Scaling
Figure out what your business should look like, what roles to fill and where to find people to help you.
Communication and Applications
What to ask for as the lender and what to provide as the borrower and in which format to provide it. There are certain things you only want to put in writing and others should only be spoken over the phone. Which is best where? We will answer that.
…and so much more!

I’ve been to Jim’s Deal Maker conference a few times now it continues to get better each time. The people that Jim has surrounded himself with are not only kind and integral but they are giving and very experienced. The people that are attracted to Jim’s events are great too.
